Through the years, Hendrie Lane has consistently added value through proactive management, repositioning, and renovating quality assets in proven markets. We invest in all assets classes but primarily focus on office, medical office, life science, industrial, and apartment properties. We focus our efforts in markets in the United States that are growing due to the expansion of technology, healthcare, life sciences, last mile distribution, logistics, and defense contracting.
